Returns and Exchanges

Office Buddy is happy to accept any requests for returns and exchanges so long as the following conditions are met:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of the delivery date along with proof of purchase. Proof of purchase includes the delivery order and the tax invoice for the order.
  • The item to be exchanged/returned must be in its original packaging as sold and is unused.
  • The item to be exchanged/returned must not be damaged where a fault is caused by misuse or neglect.
  • The item(s) received is incorrectly described and/or different from what is depicted from our website.

Please note that these conditions do not apply for items that we have indicated are not eligible for returns and/or exchange (e.g. whiteboards)

If you wish to request for a return and/or exchange, please drop us an email at Your email must include your name, order number, contact details, delivery address and your reasons for returning/exchanging the item(s). We will initiate the process for returns and exchanges as soon as we receive, process and confirm a request from you through this email. Our team will contact you and make the necessary arrangements to complete your return/exchange.

As these items remain as your responsibility until they are received by our team, it is important that you do not attempt to make returns/ exchanges without contacting us first.

Upon receiving your request for an exchange, we will proceed by sending you with the same or similar product within 7 working days. The price of the new item must be equal to or less than the price of the original item. A refund for the balance (if any) will be issued via the original mode of payment. Please note that all exchanges are subject to stock availability and that priority will be given to new orders.

If the item is returned for a refund, we will proceed to issue a refund via the original mode of payment.

We regret to inform you that promotional items and gifts with purchases (i.e. free gifts) are not eligible for returns and/or exchange. Food and beverage products may also not be accepted for returns and/or exchange, unless they are delivered after their “Use By”/ “Best Before Date”.

To the extent permitted by law, Office Buddy shall not be held liable for collateral, consequential, indirect, incidental or exemplary damages or any lost profits, loss of data, loss of use related to the goods that are received by us under this Return and Exchange Policy.
